Some good news - our Office phones are now operational again.

However, our mail server is currently down.

This means that we are unable to send or receive emails via

It also means that our Online Portal is not working 100%, specifically its ability to send and receive emails.

What does this mean for you?

You can still log tickets via the Portal, however you may receive an error message. Please disregard this error. Your ticket has been created.

We will be unable to respond to the ticket at the moment, so if it is urgent, please follow up with a call to our office - 1800 098 338 - and we will endeavour to assist as best we can.
