ActiveCarrot Payment Issue

To Our ActiveCarrot Customers

We have identified an issue with ActiveCarrot online payments where customers making a purchase online (memberships/casual etc) are receiving a 'Declined' or 'Failed' notification and no transaction appears to occur, however the funds are taken successfully.

In the case of a membership purchase, no membership is created in Links and no notification is given to the customer or site to indicate this.

Escalated Support are working on this issue and are treating it with the highest possible priority. At the time of this communication, we do not have a firm ETA.

Once we have this resolved, we will provide more information regarding this incident and next steps.

We sincerely apologise for this situation, we understand the impact to your business and are trying to resolve this as quickly as possible.
