Links Support External IP Address Change

To Our Valued Clients

We wish to inform you that our external IP address will change on May 12th 2022.

Please note this not does impact the Links Online Modules, including ActiveCarrot and Eblast.

If your IT department has whitelisted our IP address for remote access, or in any of their security configuration, this will need to be changed to accommodate the new IP address.

If that is the case, please inform your IT department to contact Links Support for the new IP address so that they can then make the required changes in their system ASAP.

In order to ensure that that everything is working correctly, the changes should be made at least 1 week prior, and the original IP address kept in your system until the cut-off date.

If these changes are required, and not made before this date, our ability to provide you support will be hampered/delayed.

Please Note: If your company have not whitelisted our IP address, please disregard this communication.
