We understand the impact that COVID-19 has had to Clients and Customers alike.
Now that restrictions are starting to ease, we have put together a number of Knowledgebase articles to assist you, in an effort to cover all bases, reactivate your offerings and manage your processes.
For Debitsuccess Full Service Clients:
If you are an Australian Debitsuccess Full Service Client, please reach out to the Account Management team at Debitsuccess to organise direct debit re-activations when ready.
If you are a NZ Debitsuccess Full Service Client, please reach out to the NZ Account Management team at Debitsuccess to organise direct debit re-activations when ready.
Please note all Full Service Clients running Classes may need to complete the Skip of the Cash Run if this has not yet been completed. Please see below for Instructions.
Classes Management Processes
Using Bulk Class Discounts or Public Holidays *This can be used if you are reopening part way through a debit period.
Members Management Processes
In the scenario where your Centre has been closed and you have not applied ANY Suspensions to Memberships, you can Skip Direct Debits to bring your debiting periods up to date.
If you have applied Bulk Suspensions and/or have manual Suspensions applied, please reach out to Links Support, as there may be some additional data clean up required before proceeding.
