LinksCloud Outage Report

To our valued Clients,

We are now able to report on the issues faced by a number of our LinksCloud users on Wednesday 10th through to Thursday 11th April.  

The cause was a Windows Update that contained a then unknown bug for users of a specific security program. During this period, this bug resulted in issues such as LinksCloud users denied access to their systems and poor/unusable system performance.

This was a worldwide event, affecting home computer users and corporations around the globe. We are very thankful to the lengths that our Web Team went through to get our valued clients back into their systems and operational again.

All systems are fully restored and the offending Windows Update has been removed, as we wait on a new one from Microsoft.
